Returns policy & procedure

The aim of this returns policy is to make the process of resolving issues quickly, and to provide replacement goods or refunds in a timely manner.  Please follow this procedure to help us, help you.

Unwanted Goods:

If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund (less 10% re-stocking fee* lessthe initial post & packing charges at time of purchase. Nor do we reimburse postage and packing costs incurred  by you when returning the goods in good condition),  subject to the following conditions:
The goods are returned in a brand new unopened unused condition.
You inform us via email returns@healthyaudio.co.uk   of your wish to cancel within seven working days of receipt of your order. 

Providing that; The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. We will give you the address when you contact us.
You must obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) before returning any goods. Returned goods without a RAN will be refused and returned to you. Any and all associated costs incurred due to refusal will be your full responsibility.
Returned goods must be returned by recorded delivery or similar service where a signature is needed, your original receipt must be included with the goods.  Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice. You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original packaging, we therefore urge you to ensure packaging is adequate for the goods being returned.
If returned goods are refused by Healthy Audio Limited because any of the above criteria are not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.

* Restocking fee covers costs associated with credit card refund and charges, checking, handling and administration.

This Returns Policy does not apply to any downloadable product or item on this site. No Returns or refunds are possible with any downloads.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Quality is assured at Healthy Audio Limited. Should you experience a problem with your recording; an exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK).
We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.

Should no error or problem be identified we reserve the right to invoice you for any time or costs associated with the investigation up to the purchase price of the program or component.

Returns Procedure:

Before any product is returned please see our frequently asked questions and follow relevant guidance notes.

Please email us for a return authorisation number (RAN): returns@healthyaudio.com and provide details of the goods you wish to return, along with, the reason for the return,  including CD, track and time of any problem, and your telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.

Please note: No returns will be accepted without a returns authorisation number (RAN) and goods delivered without signature on receipt.
